If we find any viruses in our system we have to change some setting of our computers before scanning our system otherwise when we start scanning without this setting it might be possible that viruses and worms might not completely be removed because sometime in some anti-viruses when threats are detected and try to remove it. It takes backup of that file and store it in its folder. But the usual case of having this problem will be with the System Recovery because it will backup this files most of the time. Most the anti- virus warns about this information. But if it does not then we have to disable System restore before scanning our infected system.
